From traditional stained glass to the latest in fusing, mosaics and lampworking, someone at D&L is bound to know what you are asking. A veteran of D&L, Scott has been helping customers like you for more than a decade. Scott has outstanding product knowledge and enthusiasm for art glass. Cheryl has 22 years of experience as a retail art glass store owner. As a former business owner, Cheryl knows what it is like to stock (and expand) a store, to teach classes and do commission work. Gay has years of experience in the art glass business. And don't be surprised when you encounter additional resourceful and capable D&L staff members. Many D&L employees have interests and hobbies in hot glass, traditional stained glass and jewelry. We are all ready to assist you and field your questions. D&L employs real glass artists (not order-takers), who understand that a substitute glass is sometimes not an option. We promise that on those unavoidable occasions when the glass you order is unavailable, we will happily suggest a substitute, but we will not send you a sheet of glass you have not ordered. Your D&L account representative will also contact you before sending out any special or back ordered items.

Abundant Inventory
With thousands of products our 38,000 square foot warehouse is packed to the gills with everything for the glass artist. Our stock is based on what our customers use, need and request. We may not have every item, but expect D&L to get the best new items first! Our purchasing agents, work hard to get great prices for D&L customers from hundreds of vendors. The D&L purchasing team works hard to keep those must-have items in stock! And if a D&L customer wants something we do not stock, the glass and tool purchasing department will be happy to special order.

Same Day Shipping
All UPS tool orders placed by 3 p.m. will be pulled, double-checked, packed and shipped THE SAME DAY by the energetic D&L shipping crew. And not to be outdone, glass shipments are packed in D&L's innovative tee-pee crating system to ensure a safe trip. Equally adept with a tape gun or computer, the speedy and accurate shipping crew works hard to get your order right, ready and on it's way to you in record time.

It all comes down to the glass, after all, and at D&L the glass is not only a part of our company name, it is also an integral part of our company fame.
