D&L stocks thousands of products and the best new products are added on a continual basis. INVENTORY SERVICES
D&L staff will be happy to match glass samples, recommend substitutions and assist you in choosing your glass. We also provide recommendations for new store inventory, expanding businesses, or product line re-evaluation.

D&L PRICING PROGRAMS
D&L offers various pricing programs, including a dealer pricing program. For consideration, please contact your star account representative. D&L reserves the right to offer and revoke pricing programs on the basis of annual account sales.

PRICING
Every effort is made to provide current pricing and notify customers through order stuffers of significant price changes. All prices subject to change without notice.

ORDER MINIMUMS
D&L's minimum order requirements are as follows: UPS order $75.00 Walk-in/Pick-up $50.00 Orders below the minimum are subject to a charge.

MERCHANDISE OUT OF STOCK
Back orders
D&L keeps a fantastically well-stocked inventory. Occasionally an item you wish to order may be out of stock due to popularity or manufacturer out-of-stock. Glass orders are never shipped without notifying you of out of stocks. D&L staff will be happy to suggest substitutions for any out of stock glass. For your convenience, glass, tools and supplies which are temporarily out of stock will be back ordered unless we receive other instructions from you. We will notify you when your back ordered item(s) have arrived, prior to shipping.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Our selection of thousands of products is what we consider to be the best for the majority of our customers. We understand that you may require something we are not stocking and we will be happy to help you acquire any item through a special order. A special order may also be placed for regular stock items at greater quantities than we standardly carry, larger glass sheets or bulk products. When you request special order glass, we will notify you of the expected date of availability based on information from the manufacturer. For a special order tool request, we will inform you of price and expected delivery. When you confirm a special order you are committed to the product and payment in full. Special order items cannot be canceled nor returned for any reason. A nonrefundable deposit amounting to 50 percent of the order may be required before we can place a special order. We encourage you to get a deposit from your customer(s) as well.

DROP SHIP ORDERS
While we discourage drop ship orders from D&L's door to your customer, we also recognize that the occasional need to do so will arise. A fee per drop ship will be charged. Drop ships are at D&L's discretion.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
When you do business with D&L, you can be assured that we will protect your customer information. We will not sell or share your information with other companies for marketing purposes. D&L values our relationship with you.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
Ordered It Wrong?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase (excluding glass, special orders and discontinued items). If you need to return merchandise you must call your star account representative first. You will be instructed to clearly mark the package for return. Returned items must include the D&L invoice, all accessories, the reason for return and the original packaging. You will be responsible for return freight and up to 25% restocking fees.

ALL GLASS SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED FOR GLASS, SPECIAL ORDERS, BOOKS, PATTERNS OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS.

Please Don't Send Us Your Dusty, Old Returns.
We understand that sometimes special situations may arise where you may have a return more than 15 days old. First, you MUST call your star account representative to discuss any return before sending it back. You will be responsible for return freight. Any return after 15 days for any reason will not receive full credit - if credit at all. Glass returns regardless of invoice date will not receive credit.

Items Shipped in Error...Call US NOW
If incorrect merchandise or quantities are received from D&L, please allow us to correct the problem. Call your star account representative within 5 days of receipt. The D&L invoice is required. Failure to notify D&L will be considered evidence that D&L has satisfactorily performed its obligations.

Defective Merchandise
D&L honors all manufacturers' warranties. If you receive a defective item, call your star account representative. Your D&L invoice is required. Your representative will tell you whether to return the item to D&L or directly to the manufacturer. Many manufacturers require items be returned directly to them. Upon verification of defect, you will receive a replacement, a repaired product or a credit.

Defective Merchandise
D&L will honor only defective material that is backed by manufacturer's warranty and sold by D&L. D&L's sole obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the subject merchandise as provided herein. There shall be no express or implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purchase. In no event shall D&L be liable for consequential or incidental damages. No replacement after 60 days. No claims for labor or damage will be allowed.

Damaged Merchandise
D & L Stained Glass Supply, Inc. ensures that all merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for any subsequent damage. If you receive damaged goods, you must accept shipment, note evidence of damage on your delivery receipt and file a damage claim with the freight carrier. D&L will provide information to assist you with your claim.

If you receive a damaged UPS shipment retain all packaging and file your claim with UPS. If you receive a damaged motor freight delivery, note evidence of damage on your delivery receipt. File a damage claim with the freight carrier. Do not alter the box or contents until the freight carrier has inspected them.

If you refuse any shipment from D&L, you will be liable for the purchase price of the merchandise, storage charges, subsequent freight charges to and from D&L, as well as any additional charges.

SUPPLY SHIPMENTS
Supply orders are shipped via UPS with additional fees assessed for the following:

  • Insurance charge
  • Zinc box
  • C.O.D. fee
  • Borosilicate box
  • UPS glass box
  • Frame box
  • Additional handling charge
  • Oversized box charge

Note: All hazardous materials require special packaging and carrier handling fees. Hazardous materials may be shipped via motor freight only. ORMD items are also regulated and may require special packaging and fees. D&L will pack your hazardous and ORMD items as required by federal regulations.

Expedited service is available via UPS Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, Three-Day Select for an additional freight charge. UPS will only guarantee Next-Day delivery weather permitting.

When appropriate, D&L ships via the U.S. Postal Service. Packages are picked up by 11 a.m. most days. If you need your U.S. Postal Service shipment to be delivered to the post office after our regular pickup, a charge of $15 or 10% of your order, whichever is greater, will be added.

GLASS PURCHASES
Glass discount schedule (in sheets or dollar values)
40 sheets/$500 1 case (up to 6% savings)
80 sheets/$1200 2 cases (up to 10% savings)
120 sheets /$2000 3 cases (up to 15% savings)
Sheet counts are for full sheets.

Glass Cutting
D&L will sell half-sheets of Spectrum glass only. We do not custom cut glass to specific sizes. Should you require glass to be specially cut for transportation reasons, cutting fees will apply. Because it is a special service, breakage will be charged to the customer.

Glass Shipping
Your glass is shipped on our "TEE-PEE" crating system. The glass is shipped in a custom crate banded to a skid, for maximum protection. Glass shipments from D&L incur a per crate charge. In addition a skid charge is added for motor freight orders. Sheets requiring special crating and/or large skids (such as oversized sheets) will be assessed higher fees. See the back of the Price Guide for current prices. Depending on weight and freight forwarder, up to three crates may be attached to one skid. Freight line discounts of up to 72% are available. D&L does not ship motor freight orders C.O.D.

Glass via UPS
As a convenience to our customers, D&L offers glass shipments via UPS in two box sizes. D&L's UPS Small box holds up to four pieces of 16" x 24" glass. D&L's UPS Large box holds up to nine pieces of 20" x 25" glass. A fee will be applied to each box. UPS glass boxes cannot be reused; no refunds or credits will be issued. UPS does NOT guarantee glass boxes. Customer assumes all responsibility for glass damages.

TERMS OF SALE
All sales are subject to the terms and conditions listed on D&L's invoice. F.O.B. Denver, Colorado. Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit. D&L will use its best effort to make deliveries as scheduled, but delivery dates are approximate only. D&L shall not be liable to Buyer for any damages that Buyer may claim are caused by late delivery.

Prices are exclusive of sales, use and excise taxes. These taxes and all other taxes shall be borne by Buyer unless Buyer claims exemption from any taxes.

Credit Cards
Discover, MasterCard or VISA are accepted for payment only at the time of purchase.

Hold For Check
D&L will call with your invoice total. Send a check for the amount to our accounting department. Upon receipt of funds, your order will be released to ship.

Wire Transfer
For wire transfers, please call for D&L bank information.

Bad check warning
If your check is returned, you will be held liable for a service charge. If your check fails to clear your bank, you could be liable for 3 times the amount of your check, but not less than $100, plus interest and cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Colorado Civil Code 13-21-109. If you learn that your check is to be returned, don't jeopardize your professional relationship, notify D&L's accounting department immediately.

Net Terms
Credit applications are available upon request. Terms are subject to credit check and meeting D&L's criteria. Signed original documents are required. Credit applications may take up to six weeks to process. D&L reserves the right to revoke net agreements at any time.

Finance charges of 2% per month will be added if full payment is not made within 30 days of invoice date. Net accounts may make payment with check, cash or wire transfer. Credit terms may be revoked for delinquent accounts.

Government agencies and educational institutions will be granted Net 30 terms with qualifying written purchase orders.

NOTE CONCERNING DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive damaged goods, you must accept shipment. Note evidence of damage on your delivery receipt, then file a damage claim with the freight carrier. Do not alter the box or the contents until the freight carrier has inspected them. If you refuse the shipment, you will be liable for any subsequent freight charge to and from D&L and will remain liable for the purchase price and will be liable as well for storage charges and uncollectible charges for shipment refusals. D&L will gladly provide information to help you file your claim.
